Room Rentals

Our 2nd floor space is now completely renovated and re-opened as of March 29, 1010. The space now has a soundproof floor and walls, individually controlled air conditioning in each room, a 2nd bathroom, an enclosed studio, a larger therapy room, and an additional studio/healing room (in the front by the windows).

New Rental Hours:

M – Th 10 am – 10 pm
Fri 10 am – 8:30 pm
Sa 10 am – 6 pm
Su 10 am – 8 pm

Extended weekend evening hours are available for special event bookings (workshops, performances, receptions, lectures, film screenings, etc.). We can also open earlier on weekends for workshop bookings.

New Pricing on the 2nd floor is as follows:

Therapy Room (10' x 10')
sofa, chair, phone, CD player, and A/C control
No massage oil/lotion
no burning of incense/oil/candles
(nothing smoky or smelly)

A massage table is available but to use it you must either bring your own sheets to cover it or purchase one of our disposable sheets ($1) and headrest covers ($.25).

Therapy Room Rental Fees

• Hourly $18/hr ($15 for CRS Instructors/Artists/Staff/CRS ACIM Healers)
• Half day $90 for 6 consecutive hours (10 am – 4 pm or 4 – 10 pm)
• Full day $150 prepaid for 12 hours (10 am – 10 pm)
• 4+ full days/mo prepaid (no refunds) $125/day
• 8+ full days/mo prepaid (no refunds) $100/day

can be equipped with massage tables, folding tables, folding chairs, ballet barre, etc. as needed
Large windows and mirror can be covered as needed

Large Studio Rental Fees

• M–F $30/hr before 6 pm, $35/hr after 6 pm
• Weekend $35/hr, 2 hr minimum
• Special rate for rehearsals and for CRS Instructors/CRS Artists-in-Residence/CRS Staff/Healers trained by Yasuko:
$20/hr weekdays before 6 pm
$25/hr weeknights and weekends before 6 pm 
• All day special (10 am – 6 pm) $250/day ($30/hr for additional hours before or after)

Cancellation Policy

Healing and Therapy Room Cancellation Policy

Renters who fail to show up or who cancel less than 24 hours before the start of their scheduled rentals, regardless of the reason, will still be charged 50% of the rental fee. 

Studio Rental Cancellation Policy

In order to reserve the studio for workshops, receptions, performances, multi-night, or weekend events, the renter must in most cases first pay a deposit in the amount of 50% of the minimum rental fee due according to the chart below. For multi-week rentals, the deposit payment is required to be paid at the time of booking only for the first four weeks of scheduled rentals. If the renter cancels the reservation, he may be charged a cancellation fee, which will be withheld from the renter’s deposit, or charged to the renter if the deposit is insufficient to cover the fee, according to the following schedule:

If renter cancels more than 60 days in advance, then no cancellation fee will be due.

If renter cancels 31-60 days in advance, then 25% of the total rental fee will be due.

If renter cancels less than 31 days in advance, then 50% of the total rental fee will be due.

The balance of the rental fee must be paid prior to occupying the space on the day rented. For multi-day rentals, the deposit will be held until the final day of the rental period.
