Flow Yoga
Taught by Hazuki HommaWednesdays from 3 – 4:15 pm

Taught in English and Japanese, as needed.
Get into the flow! In this open-level class, let's bring our attention to our breath as we explore a variety of held stretches and slowly flowing asanas. Our goal is to release our minds and bodies from worry and ground ourselves in the here and now so that we can breathe freely and joyfully flow from moment to moment (and pose to pose). This is an ideal class for dancers and actors and anyone in need of a grounding mind-body practice to balance the emotional roller-coaster of their careers. I'll draw on my rich and thorough training in dance to augment my knowledge of anatomy and movement and guide you to practice safely according to your current abilities.
