Assisted Stretching

Taught in English and Japanese, as needed. If you want to learn and to receive gentle yet effective stretching, come and join us. Our muscles will stretch more effectively when the body/muscles are relaxed. Students will work in pairs to give each other assisted stretching.Read more

Active Yoga Flow

In this class, you will experience the rhythm and flow between movements (or vinyasa) of dance but apply it to your yoga practice. As a class, you will learn the break down and proper alignment of the asana sequence. Individually you will be encouraged to engage in the organic follow through of movement as the body sees fit — not as the teacher or poses traditionally dictate.Read more
