Reiki is a system of subtle energy healing done by laying hands on clients and using distant healing techniques. "Reiki" means universal life force energy. It originated during the 19th Century in Japan. "Reiki" refers to the realm of the spirit; it can be translated as spiritual consciousness, the all-knowing. "Ki" promotes power, life force, vital radiant energy that animates all living things.

Reiki:
• Clears, straightens and heals the energy pathways that are blocked by daily stress.
• Promotes one's natural flow of Ki and encourages additional healthy flows.
• Heals on all levels: spiritual, mental, physical and emotional.

If you are suffering from stress, headache, tension and other forms of physical distress or are mentally fatigued, you will greatly benefit from Reiki!

Its power to heal, calm, balance and harmonize, along with chakra treatment and aura clearing (a Reiki technique for removing negative energy) will allow recipient's true self to emerge, energized and revitalized.

A Reiki session is often described as euphoric, dreamy, warm, relaxing, calming, melting, refreshing and uplifting.

While you are lying down on the treatment table (face up to start, no undressing, just take off your shoes), your aura is gently smoothed, your physical body is lightly touched position by position (the hands stay on for a few minutes per position). You'll typically feel the warmth of the hands, becoming gradually relaxed, sleepy and totally away from the daily life..

When you have a Reiki healing session, the pure, abundant, universal life force energy (=Reiki) is channeled by a practitioner to flow wherever needed and your body also knows where and how much to receive. During the session, both practitioner and receiver are in harmony with the cosmic, universal vibration which reminds us of our true, healthy nature.

After a full-hour session, you may feel just very relaxed, light, refreshed, inspired, unexplainably happy, peaceful, smiling, etc. Session by session, your unnecessary tension (both physical and non-physical) will be gradually released and you may find yourself doing everything more easily and naturally, and being more integrated and honest to your true self.
