Consultation Room

Massage Room

The private consultation room may be rented for $12/hr non-members and $10/hr members.

The room is 8'x8' and is equipped with chairs and a small table. We have several small tables and carts to choose from. The chairs may also be swapped in and out.

A Thai yoga/massage mat is also available for your use for an additional fee of $1 per session.

The consultation room is suitable for energy work, counseling, readings, or small meetings.

If you see more than one client/student at a time,
there is an additional fee of:

Rental Rules & Regulations

Reserve the Consultation Room.

The massage/therapy room may be rented for $15/hr non-members and $13/hr members.

The room is 8'x10' and is equipped with an Earthlite Spirit massage table with delux adjustable headrest, Reiki endplates, an adjustable-height massage stool, a bolster, a CD player, and a rolling shelf. Optionally, the massage table may be removed and folding chairs brought in.

Sheets for the massage table may be rented for a fee of $1 each.

If you have more than one client/student, there is an additional fee of:

$1.50/hr per additional client/student for non-members

Studio Rentals 

The Studio is approximately (it's not exactly rectangular) 18'-25' wide x 34' deep (of which 9-12 feet are taken up by our seating platforms) with one mirrored wall, an unsprung wood floor, two large skylights, and a 9' ceiling. It may be rented for rehearsals, seminars, meetings, workshops, readings, performances, ceremonies, receptions and other events. For video screenings, a projection screen may be hung in front of the mirror. For performances, black curtains may be hung on thee sides to create a black box. Raked seating platforms can provide seating for 30-50 people depending on configuration. No tap dance, ballet resin, or heavy jumping/stomping is allowed. Sound/music must be quiet whenever therapy sessions are taking place elsewhere in the Center. CRS reserves the right to refuse any event or renter for any reason.

Evening and weekend studio rentals require a 50% non-refundable deposit at time of booking.

Ongoing classes You will need to apply and interview. We usually take $25% - 50% of the total class fee.

In order to reserve the studio for workshops, receptions, performances, multi-night, or weekend events, the renter must in most cases first pay a deposit in the amount of 50% of the minimum rental fee due according to the chart below. For multi-week rentals, the deposit payment is required to be paid at the time of booking only for the first four weeks of scheduled rentals. If the renter cancels the reservation, he may be charged a cancellation fee, which will be withheld from the renter’s deposit, or charged to the renter if the deposit is insufficient to cover the fee, according to the following schedule:

If renter cancels more than 90 days in advance, then no cancellation fee will be due.
If renter cancels 61-90 days in advance, then 25% of the total rental fee will be due.
If renter cancels less than 60 days in advance, then 50% of the total rental fee will be due.

The balance of the rental fee must be paid prior to occupying the space on the day rented. For multi-day rentals, the deposit will be held until the final day of the rental period.
