Workshop schedule and daily description

First day (10:00 am – 6:00 pm) – The mental day
The first day of the ATIH workshop is meant to introduce you to the journey of discovering and using Drunvalo’s teachings
At the end of the first day you will be able to:

Understand what MER-KA-BA stands for, the mechanism of the MER-KA-BA, ways to activate yours
What the Sacred Space of the Heart is
Answer the essential questions of life such as, who are you, where do you come from, why are you here and where do you go
Overcome past hurts using efficient ancient sacred technologies: Imagery Exercises from Blue School.

Second day (10:00 am – 6:00 pm) – The healing day
The second day is the healing day intended to release you from your limiting beliefs and the limiting beliefs of modern society. You will also gain knowledge based on the scientific research done to date, the protocol of healing and the way of using your merkaba to heal yourself. The healing day offers an overall experience by integrating the emotional, mental and physical planes.
After the second day you will be able to:

Overcome your  limiting beliefs
Heal your emotional problems by shifting your consciousness
Heal yourself from a mental, emotional and physical point of view
Using technology from HEARTMATH to learn how to use your breath to move into your heart.

Third day (10:00 am – 6:00 pm) – The heart day
After you heal the mental, emotional and physical problems you gain access to advanced meditation and reality creation techniques. This is a practical day meant to give you practical tools to shift your consciousness, use your inner senses and create the reality you want to live in, by going into the Sacred Space and Tiny space.
You will be able to use the knowledge acquired during the third day to:

Activate and use your inner senses: Moving your consciousness through your body.
Perceive the outer world with your inner senses
Difference in Creating from the Brain and Creating from the Heart – discuss different aspects of “The Secret”
Use advanced meditation techniques: Unity Breath Meditation and Heart Meditation
The Sacred Space of the Heart and the Tiny Space of the Heart
The Blessing Dance Meditation
Beams of Light Activation – connected to the pineal chakra

Fourth day (10:00 am – 6:00 pm) – MER-KA-BA activation day
The last day of the workshop you are going to learn different exercises to access a higher level of consciousness, activate your MER-KA-BA and gain knowledge about how to use it for your daily life.

Opening the Third Eye Meditation
Programming the MER-KA-BA and Creating an external MER-KA-BA
Activation of the New MER-KA-BA Meditation
Creation Process (from the Tiny Space of the Heart) Meditation
How to use your MER-KA-BA for your personal use (examples: for a better relationship, for a better marriage, for improving your professional or business experience, for improving your health condition, for spiritual ascension)

*Important to note that the above presented results and benefits of the workshop might take place at another moment in your life than during your presence at the workshop. The MER-KA-BA works according to your level of consciousness.
