MediSounds aids in reducing anxiety\, alleviating depression by enabling a connection to a greater reality. \nWe will discuss how healing and integration can be approached simply\, using the power of our own vocalizations dedicated to produce a profound meditative state. \nMost of all we will join together as a group and community\, something which we all could use more of in this day and age. \n7PM arrival for the 7:15-8:45 program.
