SUMMARY:Lavender Space Vinyasa Yoga
DESCRIPTION:Lavender Space is an open-level vinyasa yoga class. All skill levels are welcome. \nI started the class from realizing that there were not many affordable yoga classes with small group setting\, especially during the after work hours. Come join me on the mat to simply do vinyasa yoga in a state-of-the-art studio. The size of the class is always 10 yoga practitioners max. You will move and breath in carefully curated music. Mats and props will be provided. Towels and waters are not provided. The only thing I ask from you is to reserve your space early and avoid last minute cancellation so the space can be given to someone else. Just come wearing something that’s comfortable enough to move in and you already have everything you need. \nAbout the organizer: I am a yoga practitioner of 5 years and a 200hr Certified Yoga Instructor living and working in NYC. Outside of yoga\, I have a full time job which I love and a supportive group of love ones so on most days I am happy. But just like everyone who lives in this city\, the pressure of the daily life can be overwhelming and difficult to manage sometimes. Through the regular practicing of yoga\, I frequently discover new ways to keep my life balance\, maintain self control and create more space to care for others; and I want to share my practice with you. It is my way of paying it forward. The cost of the class will be kept at minimum in order to cover the cost of operations and studio maintenance. — Linh Lanh
