SUMMARY:Exhibition: Nature in Motion — Paintings by Ayako Bando
DESCRIPTION:CRS (Center for Remembering & Sharing) presents “Nature in Motion\,” an exhibition of abstract acrylic paintings by Ayako Bando expressing the energy and colors of the four seasons. Although Ms. Bando has had many exhibitions the past dozen years\, these older works from 2011–12 have not been shown together until now. The exhibition will open on December 3\, 2018 and will remain on view until February 9\, 2018. You are invited to meet the artist at the CRS Holiday Program & Reception on Saturday\, December 8\, 2018 from 6 – 9:30 pm. \nWhile most of Ms. Bando’s paintings are abstract\, one can feel a strong presence of light energy in many of her works\, a feature that became even more central in her newest works recently shown in the solo exhibition “Eternal Light.” But even in the earlier works featured in “Nature in Motion\,” areas of white or light color contrast with and reach toward darker areas and suggest the play of sunshine on water or plants or clouds. One might feel the presence of a cosmic energy or intelligence animating and giving life to these abstract structures and patterns\, energizing them\, setting them in motion\, transforming them just as the light reflecting off the pigments reaches out to our eyes and enlivens our own minds and spirits. \nArtist Statement \nFor this series\, I’m trying to express the energy the nature’s atmosphere contains. And I always give my work movement. Nature has played a very big part in my desire to paint\, the sky\, the trees\, the earth and elements of this sort. There’s much good energy to absorb into one’s body\, delivered by the earth and its natural wonders\, such as the play of sunlight\, in its powerful gentle sky and the dancing leaves. In my case\, very often it is the little things in life that we see everyday but take for granted that trigger my imagination to paint. And I believe that nature is a pure presence. The light lights up the heart and brings purity. The power of nature is endless\, and I value its greatness with my body & soul. \nAbout the Artist \nAyako Bando was born in the country town of Tokushima in Japan. She was blessed to be surrounded by the beauty of nature such as mountains\, rivers\, trees and flowers. After graduating from high school she moved to Osaka to study as a Medical Coding Specialist. She worked at the hospital for four years. During this time her passion was always to paint. After leaving the hospital she studied Art in Osaka\, London\, Tokyo and New York. She has exhibited in various venues in the United States\, Japan\, Germany and Italy. In 2017 she was the recipient of Namura Award and Honorable mention for the Modern Japan Art Society Exhibition at the Tokyo Metropolitan Art Museum. Her solo exhibition “Eternal Light” was exhibited at Saint Peter’s Church in NYC in 2018 and 2017. \nhttps://ayako-bando.jimdo.com/painting/ \nEducation \n2000 Aug Art school in Osaka Painting SUMMARY:USAATO Clothing Exhibition & Sale
DESCRIPTION:CRS welcomes you to the sixth exhibition of USAATO clothing at CRS on Dec 8 & 9\, 2018! Designer Mr. Usaburo’s staff will personally help to select and coordinate the garments that would suit you best. \nDec 8 from 11 am – 5 pm in the award-winning White Room\nDec 9 in the 2nd FL Healing Room \nUSAATO shares beautiful traditional clothes made in Chiang Mai\, Thailand. The clothing is designed by Japanese haute couture designer Usaburo Sato with fabrics made by the caring hands of the Thai people. The fabrics are mostly made of hand-spun cotton\, silk and hemp\, picked in mountains and villages\, naturally dyed from plants and fruits\, then made into clothes with traditional weaving machines by women in local villages of north and northeast Thailand and Laos. The attention\, time and passion put into the creation of these clothes give it a sense of energy that can be felt on your body and in your soul. Soft and warm\, relaxing wears suitable for both outside and home. \nAll fabrics are once gathered at “USAATO SIAM” in Chiang Mai and then delivered for the sewing process. USAATO clothes are sewn by individuals and groups outbound Chiang Mai\, not by the company’s factory. (One part of our products is from machine-weaving.) \nThe products are mostly women’s clothes but men’s clothes\, children’s clothes\, samue (monk’s working clothes)\, and rakui (pajamas) are also available. Approximate prices for tops are from $70 to $180 while bottoms are from $90 to $180. \nUSAATO clothes are selling all over the world at pop-up exhibitions organized by USAATO partners called coordinators. USSATO NEW YORK will hold exhibitions every few months at CRS. \nWearing hemp clothing promotes personal health in a variety of ways. Hemp/ cotton blends are both more absorbent humid and more mildew resistant than 100% cotton. Fabric made using 50% or higher of hemp will block more UV rays than non-hemp fabrics. And have you ever noticed that hemp-made garments don’t create static? That is because hemp has the same net static charge as human skin\, resonating perfectly with our electromagnetic fields. \nFollowing the exhibition there will be a concert by world musician Chakkiri at 7 pm. Chakkiri plays using numerous instruments\, some of them he made himself and many collected in his global travels\, that produce beautiful tones. He learned Classical Indian Raga Music from Kishor Gosh\, who studied under world-renowned Ravi Shankar. He has been in on a journey to create and share borderless music drawing improvisationally on various traditional music forms and contemporary styles to create musical conversations from spirit and of the moment. He also regularly teachers workshops and offers own unique form of music therapy. \nEnjoy Organic clothes and soul-shaking sound! \nContact : CRS 212-677-8621　or 914-703-8018 Senko or universalcreation1000@gmail.com \nhttp://www.usaato.com

SUMMARY:Miracles in Manhattan with Jon Mundy\, Ph.D.: The Vedanta & A Course in Miracles
DESCRIPTION:CRS presents Miracles in Manhattan\, lectures on the teachings of A Course in Miracles and related texts and topics\, with Jon Mundy\, Ph.D. and occasional guest lecturers. \nThe topic for December’s lecture is the Vedanta & A Course in Miracles. Guest David Brown will be joining Jon to discuss this rich topic. Advaita Vedanta is a classic Indian path to spiritual realization. The idea is that the soul (true Self) is at the highest metaphysical Reality (God). As with ACIM\, followers of Vedanta seek spiritual liberation through acquiring Knowledge of one’s identity as the Self (Atman). Bill Thetford\, Ph.D. Helen’s companion in the composition of the Course\, once said that A Course in Miracles is the Christian Vedanta. \n~ $25 per person with advanced purchase online\, by phone (212-677-8621) or at CRS until the day before the lecture~\n~ $30 per person at the door ~\nAs long as space is available\, “No one is ever turned away who cannot pay.” Contribute what you can. \nThe lectures are held on the 2nd Sunday of the month (but 1st Sunday in May). \nAlthough we would\, of course\, prefer to share with you in class\, Miracles in Manhattan classes are now also being offered via life-streaming for those who cannot attend the class in-person. The day of the class\, go to our YouTube Channel:\nhttps://www.youtube.com/channel/UCwxH3nWSMFDGA1SiR9kAbeg\nand choose the live-streaming button \nDr. Jon Mundy met Dr. Helen Schucman\, the scribe for A Course in Miracles\, in 1973. Helen introduced Jon to the Course and served as his mentor and guide till she became ill in 1980. He is the author of Living A Course in Miracles. After Return to Love by Marianne Williamson\, it is currently the best-selling book based on the teaching of A Course in Miracles. www.miraclesmagazine.org \nDuring the 1980’s\, following a deep awakening during Encounter Group therapy\, David Brown spent nine months in India with Swami Chinmayanada\, the founder of Chinmaya Mission Worldwide. David traveled all over India with Swamiji and received his teachings of Vedanta first hand. Subsequent to that life-changing experience\, David has continued his studies of Vedanta with Vedanta scholars in the USA and he has led study groups in Advaita (non-dual) Vedanta for well over 20 years. Finding a connecting thread of Truth in all true spirituality\, David also spent several years in Toronto as a student of Lama Namse\, a Tibetan Buddhist Kargupya monk. Prior to Ken Wapnick’s passing\, David and his partner\, Lynne\, spent three years studying A Course in Miracles with Ken. \n“David is in his 80’s. He’s been at this work for quite a long while studying both Vedanta and ACIM. He’s quite a sincere gentleman.” – Jon Mundy

SUMMARY:CRS Winter Solstice Healing Circle: Meditation & Whirling with Live Music
DESCRIPTION:Join us for our monthly Healing Circle & Whirling practice. We gather to let go of our small selves and remember our divinity within. This month we welcome back CRS Founder Yasuko Kasaki to lead our prayer. And we’ll be welcoming the Winter Solstice with live music by Tomchess of the American Sufi Project! It’s such a joy to whirl with live music so we’ll be devoting extra time to that. \nThe participation fee is $20 with advanced registration and $25 on the day of the class. \nThrough whirling\, we learn to trust ourselves to go off balance\, to be dizzy\, to surrender control as we give ourselves over to prayer and connect with a greater power\, the still center within\, around which we turn\, that we may share our divine strength and bear witness to the divinity in others. \nIf you are quiet and in a state of prayer when you Turn\, offering everything of yourself to God\, then when your body is spinning\, there is a completely still point in the center… The heavens respond; and all the invisible kingdoms join in the dance. But the world does not understand. They think we Turn in order to go into some sort of trance. SUMMARY:Sufi Dance Class with Lâle Sayoko
DESCRIPTION:Learn the ancient practice of meditative whirling known as Sufi dance or Sema (Sama in Iranian). You will learn the techniques of whirling\, but Sema is not about reproducing a certain form or aesthetic. Rather\, the technique serves as a vehicle for inner journeying. Sema means spiritual listening. Together we’ll create a sacred space in which we can safely listen to and share our true selves and experience oneness with the Divine. \nEach class consists of some explanation of the theory and technique\, exercises\, practice whirling\, and sharing and discussion of what you experienced and felt. \nWhirling commonly induces dizziness or nausea. Over time\, through whirling\, we learn to trust ourselves to go off balance\, to be dizzy\, to surrender control. We empty our minds of all thoughts of the individual self as we give ourselves over to prayer and connect with a greater power\, the still center within\, around which we turn. Into this emptiness floods a divine fullness\, which sometimes gives rise to a state known as “mystical intoxication\,” a reflection of knowing and experiencing that you and I and the Divine are One. \nPlease wear comfortable clothing (white\, gray or black color is preferable\, avoiding prints and shiny material which might distract the eye while whirling) and wear socks or soft soled shoes. If you have a whirling skirt and/or a frame drum\, please feel free to bring it. Avoid eating a large meal for two hours prior to class. \n$20 with advance registration\, $25 at the door \nLearn more about Sufi dance:\nhttp://www.ranagorgani.com/10-things-about-sufi-dance/ \nAbout Sufi Dance Instructor Lâle Sayoko \nSayoko was one of the founding members of Japan’s famous Samanyolu professional bellydance group\, and has since developed her own solo career touring with UK’s Mugenkyo Taiko Drummers on a 44 city tour of the UK\, to Turkey’s Baba Zula\, and with New York’s Bella Gaia multimedia Earth from Space journey show. SUMMARY:Spiritual Healing Clinic
DESCRIPTION:Mondays from 6:30 – 7:20 pm (please arrive by 7 pm)\nTuesdays from 7 – 7:30 pm (please arrive by 7:20 pm)\nSuggested Donation $20. No one turned away due to lack of funds.\nhttp://www.meetup.com/ACIM-healing \nBring any issue you are facing right now — physically\, emotionally\, mentally\, and/or spiritually. With eyes closed (you will be seated and a healer will stand nearby; no touching is involved)\, a CRS healer\, trained in A Course in Miracles and spiritual reading/healing\, will observe you with his inner sight\, free of any judgments\, as your truly are\, a perfect shining spirit. Together\, will ask the Holy Spirit (or Inner Guide if you prefer) to bring us directly to whatever seed thought is causing your current issues and ask for guidance about how your spirit really wants to make use of your present situation for its growth and sharing of love. After about 10 minutes of meditation\, we will share the inspirational guidance that we receive. \nAside from sharing the message that we receive from the Holy Spirit\, we don’t talk during this meetup event. We share healing quietly and provide you with an opportunity to come to rest\, reflect\, and remember who you truly are\, in a supportive\, non-judgmental\, meditative environment. \nWe’d like to offer you an opportunity to experience stillness of mind and peace so that you can return to harmony with your true nature and purpose. Then you will find that rather than needing “solutions” to “problems” you will realize that you have no problems except those that you project. \nWe call this spiritual healing but it is not religious nor connected with any church or group. It is simply a practice of meditating together on our true nature and connecting with universal spirit/energy or what you will. \nA Note About the Role of Words in Healing: “Strictly speaking\, words play no part at all in healing. The motivating factor is prayer\, or asking. What you ask for you receive. But this refers to the prayer of the heart\, not to the words you use in praying. Sometimes the words and the prayer are contradictory; sometimes they agree. It does not matter. God does not understand words\, for they were made by separated minds to keep them in the illusion of separation. Words can be helpful\, particularly for the beginner\, in helping concentration and facilitating the exclusion\, or at least the control\, of extraneous thoughts. Let us not forget\, however\, that words are but symbols of symbols. They are thus twice removed from reality….” — A Course in Miracles Manual for Teachers\, Section 21 \n“Since only the mind can be sick\, only the mind can be healed. Only the mind is in need of healing.” —”PSYCHOTHERAPY: Purpose\, Process and Practice\,”Supplements to A Course in Miracles [/expand]

SUMMARY:The Dance of the Soul: A Sufi Workshop
DESCRIPTION:OPEN TO ALL. \n“Come\, come\, whoever you are. Wanderer\, worshipper\, lover of leaving. It doesn’t matter…come\, even if you have broken your vows a thousand times. Come yet again\, come\, come.” \nSufi whirling is called the dance of the soul because of its ability to liberate the dancer’s soul from the prison of the body. A background in dance is not necessary to benefit from the alchemy and spiritual richness of this practice\, derived from Islamic mysticism. This workshop will focus\, in practice and theory\, on the four qualities required of a Sufi Dancer. These are essential character traits to be cultivated by any being who seeks to live a life of meaning and depth\, emphasizing the importance of a rich inner life interwoven with\, and manifesting in\, our external realities and experiences. Cathartic and powerful\, this practice is life-altering\, exerting an irresistible pull on those who are called to it\, and therefore meant to remove their veils and witness the intoxicating light of the divinity that lies at the core of our human essence. \nIn this workshop\, the student will learn whirling technique and experience several meditation in motion exercises meant to facilitate connection with the deepest part of our selves. Students will also learn essential facts and some history about Sufism. This will facilitate an understanding of how we can benefit from the wisdom of this ancient tradition in a way that is deeply relevant and applicable to our experience as modern beings. Poetry and sacred music will be important components of this workshop. \nSufi Dance is the dance of unity: unity within our own selves first\, and with the outer world and “others” second. \nPaola Garcia is a Sufi dance artist certified by Persian master Rana Gorgani as a UNESCO international dance teacher. She holds a Master’s Degree in Islamic Studies from Columbia University. She is a writer\, Middle Eastern Studies researcher\, and translator. \n“Dancing is not just getting up painlessly\, like a leaf blown on the wind; dancing is when you tear your heart out and rise out of your body to hang suspended between the worlds.” –Jalal ad-Din Rumi. \nThe workshop fee is $50 until 1/11 and $60 at the door. Registration is available online\, by phone (212-677-8621)\, and at CRS. \nPlease wear solid colors only and bring bring socks or flat dance slippers to wear. If you have a whirling skirt\, you may bring it. \nDo not eat for at least a couple of hours before the workshop.

SUMMARY:CRS Healing Circle: Meditation + Whirling Prayer
DESCRIPTION:Join us Thursday\, Jan 17\, 2019 at 7:30 pm for our monthly Healing Circle + Whirling (Sufi Dance) + Prayer led by CRS co-founders Yasuko Kasaki and Christopher Pelham and Sufi Dance Artist Lale Sayoko. We gather to let go of our small selves and remember our divinity within. This month we’ll take the first steps toward channeling poetry while whirling! The Sufis say that God speaks to us through music. We’ll ask Holy Spirit to translate that music into words\, a divine incantation. It is true that sometimes we do go into that state you call ecstasy\, but that is only when we know and experience at the same time. We do not Turn for ourselves. We turn around in the way we do so that the Light of God may descend upon the earth. SUMMARY:Screening: “The Readings” documentary about Edgar Cayce
DESCRIPTION:CRS invites you to the NYC premiere of the Japanese documentary “The Readings” about the life and work of Edgar Cayce\, called the “sleeping prophet\,” the “father of holistic medicine\,” and the most documented psychic of the 20th century. \nTHE READINGS 2018 | 96’\ndirected by Tetsu Shiratori\nin Japanese with English subtitles \nScreenings will take place at 1 pm (sold out) and 4 pm on Saturday\, January 19\, 2019. Tickets are $15 cash at the door\, and reservations can be made by writing to inoriforearth@gmail.com. Please arrive a few minutes early. Seats will not be held after curtain time. \nCayce was born on a farm in Hopkinsville\, Kentucky\, in 1877\, and his psychic abilities began to appear as early as his childhood. As an adult\, Cayce would put himself into a state of meditation\, connecting with the universal consciousness and from this state\, came his “readings”. From holistic health and the treatment of illness to dream interpretation and reincarnation\, Cayce’s readings and insights offer practical help and advice to individuals from all walks of life\, even today. — edgarcayce.org \nJapanese director Tetsu Shiratori first learned about Cayce’s life and work at the Edgar Cayce Center in Tokyo\, one of the largest international affiliates of Edgar Cayce’s Association for Research and Enlightenment (A.R.E.). Shiratori’s discovery of the astonishing Cayce health remedies for diabetes\, rheumatism\, psoriasis\, and more\, led to his desire to make this film and bring these teachings to a larger audience. Tetsu interviewed many people both in the U.S. and in Japan who testified to the value of the Cayce readings. \n\n“Tetsu’s movies always deliver such important messages for the world and they are so touching.” — Michiko Hayashi\, International Ambassador and Global Director of the Emoto Peace Project in Tokyo \nTetsu’s body of film works includes: Stone Age (2005)\, Soul Education (2008)\, The Era of Fasting (2010)\, INORI – Prayer – Conversation with Something Great (2012)\, Revival (2015)\, and The Readings (2018). SUMMARY:Whirling (Sufi Dance) Practice with Live Music
DESCRIPTION:Sufis\, lovers\, mystics\, CRS and Sufi Artist Lale Sayoko invite you to join us for an hour of meditative whirling known as Sufi dance or Sema (Sama in Iranian). This is not a class (i.e. there is no instruction) but an open space where we can come together to practice and is open to people of all backgrounds who whirl and follow the path of oneness. This month Tomchess of the American Sufi Project will honor us by playing live music for us. \nYou should already know the basics of how to whirl. If you have not already learned whirling from a Sufi teacher — for example\, from our teachers Rana Gorgani\, Lale Sayoko\, or Paola Garcia\, or at one of our whirling events\, or from a Sufi lodge or community — please first attend our Sufi Dance Class with Lale Sayoko\, which takes places the first Thursday of each month from 7:30 – 9 pm at CRS\, to learn the basics. Sayoko is also available for private instruction weekdays and weekends by appointment. \nThis Whirling Practice with Live Music will usually take place on the fourth Friday of each month from 7 – 8 pm\, and live music will be provided each time by one of our musician friends. In February and March\, the fourth Friday falls the day after the third Thursday\, when our Healing Circles are held\, so in those and other such months we will endeavor to have live music and whirling in our Healing Circles (meaning there will be no fourth Friday events in those months). \nPlease remember that whirling commonly induces dizziness or nausea. Avoid eating a large meal for two hours prior to class. Over time\, through whirling\, we learn to trust ourselves to go off balance\, to be dizzy\, to surrender control\, allowing us to whirl for longer periods. You do not have to whirl for the entire hour\, but you are encouraged to explore whether your perceived limits are immutable or only self-imposed. \nWe empty our minds of all thoughts of the individual self as we give ourselves over to prayer and connect with a greater power\, the still center within\, around which we turn. Into this emptiness floods a divine fullness\, which sometimes gives rise to a state known as “mystical intoxication\,” a reflection of knowing and experiencing that you and I and the Divine are One. Together we can take courage and inspiration from one another and strengthen our practice. \nPlease wear comfortable clothing (white\, gray or black color is preferable\, avoiding prints and shiny material which might distract the eye while whirling) and wear socks or soft soled shoes. If you have a whirling skirt\, please feel free to bring it. \n$20 with advance registration\, $25 at the door \nLearn more about Sufi dance:\nhttp://www.ranagorgani.com/10-things-about-sufi-dance/ \nAbout Sufi Dance Artist Lâle Sayoko \nSayoko was one of the founding members of Japan’s famous Samanyolu professional bellydance group\, and has since developed her own solo career touring with UK’s Mugenkyo Taiko Drummers on a 44 city tour of the UK\, to Turkey’s Baba Zula\, and with New York’s Bella Gaia multimedia Earth from Space journey show. Lale aspires for dance to be a powerful communicator though traditional technique and spiritual embodiment. She has lately been studying Sufi dance with Rana Gorgani\, and in April 2018 Gorgani awarded her the International Sufi Dance Certification Of Cid UNESCO\, granting her authority to teach Gorgani’s method of Sufi dance training. With CRS co-founders Yasuko Kasaki and Christopher Pelham\, she leads the CRS Healing Circles + Whirling that take place every third Thursday of the month at CRS (2nd Thursday in Aug 2018).\nhttp://www.lalesayoko.com\nhttps://www.facebook.com/lale.sayoko \nAbout Musician Tomchess \nTomchess (oud\, ney\, morsing) is a New York City–based multi-instrumentalist\, improviser\, and composer who has played and recorded with some of the most esteemed players in the improvisational scene (Dewey Redman\, Butch Morris\, Pharoah Sanders\, Drew Gress\, Ronald Shannon Jackson) as well as Moroccan sintarist Hassan Hakmoun. He has performed around the world and at New York City venues like Lincoln Center\, the Turkish and Pakistani embassies\, the Metropolitan Museum of Art\, and the United Nations He has played on Grammy-nominated recordings and was awarded grants from the Turkish American Society and the Maryland Council for the Arts. SUMMARY:Marianne Williamson for President Announcement Watch Party
DESCRIPTION:Join us to watch\, support\, and briefly discuss Marianne Williamson’s livestream announcement of her candidacy for President! \nDear Friends\, \nFor the last year I have held within my heart the idea of running for President of the United States. At a time when fear has been harnessed for political purposes\, our task is to turn wisdom and love into a political force. The lower inclinations of human nature cannot be defeated by politics alone\, but they can be overridden. \nOur political circumstances are not simply a product of external policies\, but even more so of internal dynamics like fear\, desperation\, hope and yearning. In order for us to transform the crises we are facing now\, we need a candidate whose understanding of our internal landscape is as expert as their understanding of traditional politics. \nOn November 15\, 2018\, I put out the word that I was exploring a run for the Democratic nomination for the presidency in 2020. I asked you to let me know your thoughts\, and with your dollars and your energy you did. I hope you will now join me on January 28th\, either live or in livestream\, so I can tell you mine. \nTogether we can embark on an extraordinary adventure. We can show up for our country in a way we have never shown up before. And with God’s help\, we can create miracles. \nWith thanks and love\, \nMarianne

SUMMARY:One Note One Spirit — Play! Sing! Dance! Improv! Joy!
DESCRIPTION:One Note One Spirit is a sound community where you can be\, feel\, and express freely. We will have fun by playing percussive insturuments\, using our voices and moving our bodies\, which often helps with letting our feelings and emotions out. You might enjoy the spontaneous harmony\, dissonance and surprising moments!\nYou don’t need any musical experience. We have some percussive instruments for you to use\, but please feel free to bring your own instruments. \nPlease join us! Let’s have fun! \nThis month Kevin Nathaniel will join us! Kevin specializes in voice\, mbira\, kalimba\, shekere\, and a variety of percussion. He approaches music as an experience to be shared by all\, a healing force that can bring people together as one. In this regard\, he is a visionary musician. His approach is creative with whatever musical instrument or path he embarks. At times vocal\, or instrumental with mbira melodies and enchanting dance rhythms\, and at times fiery and percussive\, and all phases in between. He was drawn into music by the magical sound of the mbira\, working with the legendary Zimbabwean mbira master Ephat Mujuru for years. He has continued the mbira/kalimba legacy and works to expand it creatively. He often tours\, performing all over the planet as well as producing a popular music series in NYC (see Afro Roots Tuesdays). He is founding member of several bands including Spirit Ensemble\, Heritage OP\, Harmony Mbira\, Kaleidhaphonic\, Afrika Meets India\, and more. He has worked with a wide variety of artists including Alice Walker\, Oprah Winfrey\, Jonathan Demme\, Thomas Mapfumo\, Miriam Makeba\, Bobby McFerrin\, Niles Rodgers\, Madonna\, Philip Glass\, Nana Vasconcelos\, and on and on. You can find his music on Spotify\, You Tube\, iTunes\, Cdbaby\, and many other outlets. \n$20 \nContact: onenoteonespirit@gmail.com \nonenoteonespirit.com
