Access Clarity Ceremony
February 2 @ 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm EST
An event every week that begins at 7:00 pm on Sunday, repeating until February 23, 2020
Organized by: Clarity Breath
Upgrade your breathing,
upgrade your life.
Immediate session results include:
• clear thinking
• heightened creativity
• lowered anxiety & depression
• release of physical tension
Why do we do this?
We are all told breathing is automatic. Unfortunately, when we are stressed, anxious, depressed or heartbroken our breathing takes a hit. When this happens, our reactivity throws us out of harmony. Like a guitar string plucked out of tune.
In the session everyone lays on a yoga mat. Some music is played. We breathe together in a guided pattern. That’s it. That’s all that happens on the outside. What happens on the inside is a whole other story! Natural coherence in the mind and body are restored. The inward journey can be physical, emotional, mental and spiritual depending on the person. At the end Rahul will guide the group back home to reintegrate with the body. Once grounded, everyone circles up to share our adventures, insights and clarity.
Where does it happen?
We meet each Sunday at The Center for Remembering in NYC. Mats and blankets are provided. Feel free to bring your own stuff to create a cozy coocoon.
Who is the facilitator?
Rahul Panchal is a Master Breathwork Facilitator and Founder of Clarity Breath, initiated at Babaji’s ashram in the Himalayas, trained in Qi Gong at a healing center in Thailand. He then went through deep spiritual initiation living with the Huni Kuin tribe in the Amazon Rainforest. He lives in service to humbly share his gifts with you.
What are the lasting effects?
Through this practice, achieving the growth, ease, alignment and happiness you want to create will become crystal clear. Your focus will sharpen naturally and the clarity to bring your gifts out into the world will clearly manifest. At our core we are all beings of light, love and joy. Through breath, it’s possible to move through anything that’s pulled us off center. Once done, we can rise up full of childlike wonder and excitement, ready to play with life again.
