This class shows students that meditation is a natural and graceful process that allows us to access our own divine nature and inner wisdom. It is a foundational class for further instruction as well as meditation for beginners. There are three weekly classes in basic mantra meditation, with emphasis on correct technique, how to become the observer of thoughts, and understanding the meditative process.
$60 for each 90-minute class. Cash or check made out to Sarayam LLC accepted at the door.
Thursdays, April 13, 20, 27. 7 – 8:30 pm
