This is an hour deep relaxation class to reduce physical and mental stress to balance your mind and body.
You will be experiencing Eye Movement, Physical Stretch, Relaxation with body scan and imaging, breathing practices and brief meditation.
About the Instructor
Eiji (EJ) Takamori is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance and Certified in Stress Management, Therapeutic Yoga.
He is a graduate of Integral Yoga Institute New York, Integral Yoga Academy where he studied yoga teaching and practiced stress management theory and practiced in the lineage of Sri Swami Satchidananda.
He has been practicing yoga for many years and worked with many private clients, for whom he provides customized sessions. His programs include stress reduction based on deep relaxation and breathing practices as well as meditation techniques. He recently expanded his services to include Workshops and work place in yoga and stress reduction. His key concept and approach are “breathe in, breathe out” and “steady and comfortable.”
