Relaxation Yoga by Eiji

This is an hour deep relaxation class to reduce physical and mental stress to balance your mind and body. You will be experiencing Eye Movement, Physical Stretch, Relaxation with body scan and imaging, breathing practices and brief meditation.  About the Instructor Eiji (EJ) Takamori is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance and Certified in Stress Management, Therapeutic Yoga.
