DESCRIPTION:Ai Johnson (owner at Ai Feng Shui Interior Consulting and feng shui interior design teacher at New York Institute of Art and Design) & Haruna Megumi (owner and holistic Jewelry designer at Megumi Haruna Jewelry) will present the Eight Elements Method that they re-developed together\, inspired by Chinese ancient philosophy: “Ying Yang-Five Elements Theory”. Ai uses this in her feng shui interior consulting\, and Megumi has designed eight characters that present eight different elements that falls in each five elements (wood\, fire\, earth\, metal and water) and show how the eight characters interact with each other with images. Thank you. \n■Profile■ \nAi Johnson \nOwner and Consultant at Ai Feng Shui Interior Consulting / NY State certified feng shui interior design teacher at New York Institute of Art + Design. \nAi has practiced Ai Feng Shui Interior Consulting since 2006 after obtaining feng shui interior coordinator certification and color therapist license in Japan. Ai’s motto is “Love your home\, love yourself.” She innovated her unique method by combining principles of feng shui\, interior coordinating\, color therapy and theessence of environmental psychology with belief that our home reflects what we are; our point of view\, and thinking patterns from our own life. Ai works with her clients closely to create not only an ideal home but also office\, salon\, school\, or other spaces where they love to be. Ai also advises her clients how to declutter and organize\, to make more space in homes and offices. Currently Ai teaches Feng Shui Interior Design course at New York Institute of Art + Design. \nMegumi Haruna \nOwner and Holistic Jewelry Designer at Megumi Haruna Jewelry \nMegumi majored in International Fashion at Bunka Gakuen University (formerly Bunka Women’s University). She visited many foreign countries while she was in school\, and has been exposed to diverse cultures.After traveling Europe researching the direction of her own designs\, she moved to India and was fascinated by the deep culture based on polytheism and colorful gems there too. \nShe studied jewelry design and toreutics at Indian Institute of Gems and Jewellery\, going on to establish her own jewelry brand ‘Megumi Haruna’ upon returning home. Megumi also works as an artist by the name of ‘mogmin’\, holding Artwork exhibitions.
