Electric Yoga is an experimental Yoga session merging Electronic Dance Music with Vinyasa and, Kundalini Yoga, as well as ecstatic dance. Led by instructor Anthony Granata, with the enhancement of a live DJ set fusing House, Techno and Drum & Bass by DJ Sadhu, and transcendental visuals by VJ Mamiko Kushida. Electric Yoga is designed to tap into your spiritual grooves and let your body, mind & spirit flow.
