This meditation is designed to encourage you to Dream Your Own Cosmic Gifts into reality, and consciously Nourish them with Love. We will design a relax and safe environment with life music. We will explore the inner world of our body temple with ease, without any judgment, emerging in the sound of the Didgeridoo, Drums/Percussion, and Gong. The expressive eloquence of Lale Sayoko Temple Dance will demonstrate to all the beauty of meditation in movements.Be ready to open your heart.
