Instructor Rommel Malabanan has been a personal trainer and boxing coach in NYC since 1996. A former competitive boxer and a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu competitor, he has owned and operated a personal training business and a boxing gym. He was also a former president of a not-for-profit organization helping the people in Atimonan Quezon, in the Philippines. A strong desire to help people lead more healthy lives led him into the fitness and wellness field. Over the years, he realized that taking people through workouts was just not enough, and so during his mid twenties he began searching for more effective ways to help his clients achieve the results they wanted.
After years of participating in seminar after seminar, reading self-help book after book, he finally realized that it was he himself who needed help the most. Only then, when he asked for help for himself, did an appropriate tool for healing appear:  A Course in Miracles. Since he found CRS and began studying the Course there with Yasuko Kasaki in 2011, he has experienced so many miracles in his life and has dedicated himself to helping others do the same. Through his life coaching practice and his own A Course in Miracles classes, he hopes you may join him in remembering who you really are and recovering your peace of mind so that you, too, may become a miracle worker.
