Gentle & effective strength training and core exercises are designed to improve posture, balance and normal movement patterns to increase safety, function and endurance.
Tuesdays focus on floor (lying down) exercises and stretches, including Foam Rollers and upper body weights.
Thursdays focus on standing stretches and exercises, upper body weights and balance.
Core stabilization incorporated into all exercises! No slouching in this class — figuratively and literally!
