Sarah Grandinetti and Cassy Summers invite you to look at outer beauty in a way that has never been done before. Together we will explore this topic and expose, then clear out, judgments we have around physical beauty and everything connected to it. This taster has some really fun yet dynamic exercises that we will play with as well as a beautiful mini manual to take home!

Over the course of two days, Sarah Grandinetti and Cassy Summers will go deeper into looking at outer beauty. There will also be exercises and discussions that will expose and clear out even more hidden judgement. When people hold judgements of our outer beauty in place we create them as solid, they become a barrier upon ourselves that their inner beauty has to fight in order to be seen. This is stopping us from creating the life we actually desire. The class includes a journal and an audio recording of the class.
