A 3-hour workshop exploring the beliefs, practicality and mysticism of the world’s oldest religion.

Join Dandapani, Hindu priest, entrepreneur and international speaker, in a morning of exploring how the teachings of the worlds oldest religion is applicable today.

The workshop is an overview of Hinduism with a purpose of bringing clarity to what is conveyed in the Vedas and Agamas, Hinduism’s core scriptures, and show it’s relevance to modern day life and it’s timeless practicality. The workshop will focus on 3 sections:
1. Philosophy – the basic beliefs covering topics such as one God, soul, karma, ahimsa, reincarnations, the 4 sects, the 2 paths, 3 worlds and more;
2. Spiritual Tools – its timeless, simple, practical and life-changing spiritual tools and rituals;
3. Hindu Metaphysics – understanding who we are with the study of the 5 states of mind, the masculine and feminine currents, human aura, the chakras and more

If you have ever struggled to see how Hinduism can be applied in today’s world to help you live a dynamic and joyous life then attend this workshop. The workshop is also focused on dispelling some Hinduism’s greatest myths such as multiple gods, violent folk stories and more.

This is a free event structured for adults. Children who have an interest in this will find the workshop beneficial.

About Dandapani

Dandapani is a Hindu priest, speaker on self development and an entrepreneur. Of Sri Lankan ancestry, he grew up in Australia and after graduating university with a degree in Electrical Engineering he left it all behind to become a Hindu monk under the guidance of one of Hinduism’s foremost spiritual leaders of our time, Sivaya Subramuniyaswami. For 10 years he lived a life of serious personal discipline and training at his guru’s cloistered monastery in Hawaii.

When his vows expired seven years ago he chose to venture out into the world on his own. He made New York City his new home, determined to live and practice himself everything he teaches in the most invigorating and challenging city in the world. He works with a variety of individuals, companies and organizations around the world conducting training through workshops, retreats and exclusive coaching circles.

Approachable, practical and funny, he has a unique ability to simplify the understanding of the mind, make spiritual tools practically applicable in every day life, create systematic approaches to self development that allows for sustainable change and relate what he teaches to every day life.
