One Note One Spirit is a sound community where you can be, feel, and express freely. We will have fun by playing percussive insturuments, using our voices and moving our bodies, which often helps with letting our feelings and emotions out. You might enjoy the spontaneous harmony, dissonance and surprising moments!

You don’t need any musical experience. We have some percussive instruments for you to use, but please feel free to bring your own instruments.
