The purpose of this class is to help you release muscle tension accumulated from stress, bad posture and from sitting all day. Eva Nagy is a Stress Management and Weight Loss Coach. She created Elevate Movement Therapy and Elevate Mentorship for women who feel burned out, stressed and out of shape. She helps these women to feel energetic, efficient, fit and fulfilled while living a more balanced life and keeping up with their responsibilities to succeed in their jobs and in their lives. She is a certified Fitness Trainer/Corrective Exercise Specialist/ Kundalini Yoga & Meditation Teacher. She took the best she learned from her 30 years experience of training, being a professional athlete, and her 5 years of meditation practice and created Elevate Movement Therapy.
