This 90 minutes body work experience combines restorative yoga poses, myofascial release techniques and active meditative modalities to fully restore your mind, body and soul. You will learn stress reduction methods which involve deep breathing, restorative yoga poses using props and laying on rubber balls to self-massage tight areas and create awareness and freedom of movement. It’s like spending a weekend at a spa retreat, but without traveling far and cheaper!
