The Reiki 1 World Group Meditation Experience includes a unique combination of wellness techniques including reiki, solfeggio frequencies, binaural beats and aromatherapy.  During the meditation, a Reiki and Karuna Reiki® Master sends a Distance Healing Attunement.  The attunement increases the energy available for healing and helps dissolve any energetic resistance around you. You do not have to be a reiki practitioner to receive a healing attunement, everyone can enjoy the healing properties available for this Eastern healing technique. The interconnectedness of the group also helps to align you with your spirituality, grow your compassion, and open your heart up to people that come into your life.
