Thank you for helping to make 2013 our strongest year ever! It’s because of you that we are able to host such great teachers & inspirational speakers, offer our spiritual healing clinics and community film screenings and present such inspiring artists. Truly, this Center is offered both to you and by you as a space wherein we can come together safely to remind one another who we truly are. Your participation works miracles!

This holiday season, please consider making a tax-deductible donation to the Center for Remembering & Sharing to help us share even more great programs with one another! Your donations enable this community to continue to offer free and low-cost events, pay for public screening licenses to show more great films, upgrade our facilities and take care of basic maintenance that needs to be done from time to time. By sharing in this way, you demonstrate that giving is receiving!
In early 2014 you can look forward to some amazing lectures & films on the following topics:

Discovering What You are Most Passionate About
Translating Your Passion Into a Viable Project/Service/Career
Transcending Last-Century’s For-Profit/Non-Profit
Human Trafficking
Animal Rights & Eco-Systems
Trade Not Aid: Post-Disaster Recovery Strategies & Establishing Sustainable & Mutually Beneficial Rather Than Exploitive Relationships with International Neighbors

Your contribution will help to make these events happen.
Love,

Christopher & Yasuko

So far in 2013, we have received approximately $6,500 in donations. Our goal is to double that in the final days of 2013. $2,000 more will pay for winterizing our Studio and much needed improvements to its lighting. Another $4,000 should underwrite a monthly film screening & lecture series for all of 2014.

Since the radiators in our Studio were down-sized during the renovation of our Center in 2010, we found that we have had to cover our beautiful skylights in our Studio in order to keep the space warm enough. Consequently, we have lost the use of our theatrical lighting (hung inside the skylights) most of the year. With your support, we plan to install the lighting on the south-facing wall, allowing us to use the lights year-round and to properly spotlight guest speakers and artists when we have to turn off our overhead lights in order to use the projection screen (which is increasingly often).
