Effortless Meditation: Cultivating a meaningful meditation practice

This class shows students that meditation is a natural and graceful process that allows us to access our own divine nature and inner wisdom. It is a foundational class for further instruction as well as meditation for beginners. There are three weekly classes in basic mantra meditation, with emphasis on correct technique, how to become the observer of thoughts, and understanding the meditative process.

$60 for each 90-minute class. Cash or check made out to Sarayam LLC accepted at the door.

American Meditation Society was founded in 1976 and  is a non-profit 501(c)(3), non-sectarian, educational organization devoted to offering meditation classes, retreats and preserving the universal teachings of Gururaj Ananda Yogi (1932-1988), which are about how to live a life based on compassion and kindness.

Instructor Bio:
REGINA MILANO has been meditating and studying the non-dual teachings of Gururaj Ananda Yogi since 2007, and she has been practicing Self I-Dentity through Ho’oponopono® (SITH®) since taking her first class in 2011. Regina teaches meditation and spiritual practices through classes sponsored by the American Meditation Society (AMS): http://americanmeditationsociety.org, and she teaches SITH® classes in the U.S. and Europe through IZI LLC http://www.self-i-dentity- through-hooponopono.com. Regina is also a mom and a Board member of the American Meditation Society. Meditation and spiritual practices are a way of life for Regina, and have guided her through many challenging life experiences with equanimity.
