The Autumn Equinox and Astrological sign Libra brings a time of transition and balance; an equal amount of day and night heralds a new cycle of energy. In Numerology, September is the 9th month of the year signifying letting go and completions. These endings can be seen as a learning opportunity that can be a blessing to our inner gardens.

In this Equinox workshop, we will align with the rhythms of the crisp season to release negativity and renew our seeds of intentions for the remainder of the year using the technology of Kundalini Yoga followed by a most sacred sound healing.
