The throat chakra rules creativity and self-expression. In the midst of the summer, this workshop—combining the benefits of sounds healing, yoga asanas and hands on Reiki—will balance this energetic center so you can feel at ease in your sun-kissed skin and communicate who you are clearly and charmingly!
