This’s a New Year. It’s a New life for you! Issara Yoga presents beginner yoga weekend classes. Learn to flow gently while practicing abdominal movement. Flow breathing excercise and mind focus. Make your weekend peaceful. All level welcome. $20/class, 10 class pass $150.
Issara Yoga is a signature Thai yoga sequence from my experience of over 10 years, based on the deep understanding of Thai massage, smooth Tai Chi movements and breath control technique of Meditation.
Issara in Thai means ‘liberate yourself.’ The freedom of mind & body. When we practice, our physical body and mental state will synchronise as brain waves align. Our brain has the left and right sides, meaning that each side of the brain controls the opposite side of the body. All work together with prana (breath) to become a yoga (union).
