What To Bring
*Wear loose comfortable clothing.
*Bring a mat or pillow if you wish to sit on the floor.
*Bring a Spiritual Journal, notebook or paper and pen.
*Water and snacks will be available for sale.
*Bring your own lunch or purchase lunch from nearby restaurants.
