Urban Well is offering a new workshop incorporating restorative therapeutic yoga, group reiki and medicinal aromatherapy to ease into the rush of the holiday winter season. The workshop will target key areas that are often a struggle for clients related to stressful triggers during the holidays.

Energy Healing as a group with Reiki Practicioners
A group Yoga Therapy session
A private energy healing session (to be scheduled at a later date)
