Space Rental Steps

Note to first-time renters:  you will need to come in for a brief orientation and sign our rental regulations before we can accept your rental requests.

  1. AVAILABILTY
    Check availability or request booking by phone (212-677-8621), email, or in person of a specific room on a specific day at a specific time (include beginning and ending time or, if flexible, the duration of your desired booking). Remember to include any needed setup or clean up time.
  2. DEPOSIT
    If a deposit is required to book the space, we will inform you and we will not hold the space for you until you pay the deposit.
  3. CONFIRMATION EMAIL
    If you request a booking and we are able to accommodate you, we will email you a Rental Confirmation.
  4. VERIFY CONFIRMATION EMAIL DETAILS
    If you thought you booked space but DO NOT receive a Rental Confirmation Email within an hour, please contact us immediately. It means your reservation may NOT BE in our system and MAY NOT be honored.Upon receiving a Rental Confirmation Email, carefully check the rental date, time and room listed! At this point, we consider the rental confirmed for the date, time and room listed, so if you see any mistake or did not mean to book space, please let us know immediately! If there is a mistake in the Rental Confirmation Email, inform us by email immediately. The longer you wait, the harder it might be to correct the mistake. If you do not inform us more than 48 hours before the start of the booking as specified in the Rental Confirmation Email, we would have to apply our cancellation policy to the rental as specified in the Rental Confirmation Email.
  5. CANCELLATIONS
    If you cancel a room rental reservation, we will send your a Cancellation Confirmation Email. If you cancel but do not receive a Cancellation Confirmation Email, please contact us again immediately because your reservation may still be in our system and you might otherwise still be charged for it. We encourage you to cancel by email so we will both have a written record of it. If you cancel by phone, we will at least have a record of the time of your call in our Caller ID.CANCELLATION FEE
    If you cancel your room rental reservation more than 48 hours before the scheduled start of the reservation, no additional fee will be due unless you are on a month-to-month contract, which has a 30-day cancellation policy. If you cancel less than 48 hours before the start of your reservation and you have not already paid a 50% deposit, then you would be charged a 50% cancellation fee.

Note:  Failure to follow the terms of our rental regulations may result in a loss of rental priveliges.
