CRS instructors Yumiko Niimi (Beginning Ballet Pointe) and Ritsuko Sato (Argentine Tango) will be busy this fall performing in The King and I and The Nutcracker, respectively.
Yumiko won a role in the ensemble in the mainstage production of the Walnut Street Theatre in Philadelphia, PA. The Walnut Street Theatre is the oldest theater in America, having been founded in 1709. The production will run from November 8, 2011 – January 8, 2012. If you are contemplating a holiday getaway to the City of Brotherly Love, this Rogers & Hammerstein musical theatre favorite might be just the ticket!
Ritsuko will again be starring as the Sugar Plum Fairy in the Albano Ballet’s annual production of the beloved holiday classic, which will tour throughout Connecticut in November and December.
