In this three hour interactive workshop you will learn how to:

– Transform your relashionship with your body and food.
– Reduce the toxic load and balance body’s PH level.
– Make use of foods as supplements.
– Increase your vitality, release physycal tension, return body and mind to a sense of ease and balance through 60 minutes yoga practice.

Sophia Gigitashvili – Certified nutrition and lifestyle coach, certified healing through foods and detoxification specialist, Iridologist, certified Ayurvedic counselor.
