Please arrive on time and dress comfortably in white or light colors, if possible bring the following for comfort and support:

-water bottle, pen and notepad, small pillow, eye mask, a crystal for the Heart Chakra like Malachite, Rose Quartz, Amethyst, or Clear Quartz.
