We’d like to congratulation our Nia instructor, Yuka Tomita, for earning a black belt certificate, the highest achievement for Nia instructors.
Yuka is just the second Japanese instructor in the world to attain the black belt.
The focus for Black Belt is on transformation and creativity and provides the instructor with more tools for bringing her own creativity into each class. Please join us any Monday or Friday from 4 – 5 pm to try Nia for yourself!
